Jan, Congratulations!! This looks like a great start on your blog.

The crab apples are outstanding. Your drawing skills are wonderful. Nice hatching and shadows.

Hello Jan and welcome to the art world and the land of Blog. I started a blog just so I could make comments and now have been doing it 2-3 years. I really enjoy getting to know new artists and their work.

I got here thru Jo Castillo's blog. We have become friends thru the Wetcanvas forum.

I'm so glad you are showing your work. I love the picture of the older lady. I work in graphite and colored pencil. Graphite is my favorite.

I hope to see more of your work. Jeanne

Thanks Jo, now if I could just get it right with paint! Thanks for following my blog too.

Joanna, Nice to meet you here. Thanks for the encouragement.

Jeanne, Glad you took the time to check me out. The older lady was so much fun to do, might have to try her in oils, too.
